what are Chakras and why are they important?
Everyone has 7 major chakras located along the centre of the body, from the base of the spine to the top of the head, these are spinning wheels of energy. It is vital that all the Chakras are open and balanced to ensure harmony within, don’t worry if you have a blocked chakra as this can be opened with crystal healing and meditation.
Each chakra is associated with a colour and most of the crystals that are aligned with a chakra will be of that colour.
The knowledge of Chakras can be traced back thousands of years, so this definitely is not something new. When looking back through history you can see Chakras and healing across many different Eastern cultures, believing that our internal energy flow controls out mind, body and spirit which when balanced will work perfectly.

Root Chakra
The root chakra is found at the base of the spine, this chakra is the one that keeps you grounded and stable like a foundation, if it is blocked you may feel anxious, unsure or unstable, the root chakra is red and works well with most red, brown & black crystals.

Sacral Chakra
The sacral chakra is found in your lower stomach just below the navel, this chakra helps you to express emotions it also controls your sexual energy and creativity.
