SHIPPING POLICY

All of our products will be dispatched within 2-3 working days of receiving an order.

All products in the UK shall be posted through the Royal Mail.

Items up to £75 - Royal Mail Tracked 48

advised to arrive within 2-3 working days.

Items £75 to £750 - Royal Mail Special Delivery

advised to arrive the next day

Items over £750 are click and collect only due to insurance cover.

Unfortunately we are unable to dispatch international at this time.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the order confirmation, please email us at lapidartlincoln@gmail.co.uk for return information.

All products returned must be in the same condition and in the same packaging as they were when dispatched to be entitled to a refund.

Return shipping is not included with purchase.
