SHIPPING POLICY

All of our products will be dispatched within 2-3 working days of receiving an order.

All products in the UK shall be posted through the Royal Mail on 2nd Class Signed For, which is advised to arrive within 2-3 working days.

Unfortunately we are unable to dispatch international at this time.

RETURN POLICY

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the order confirmation, please email us at lapidartlincoln@gmail.co.uk for return information.

All products returned must be in the same condition and in the same packaging as they were when dispatched to be entitled to a refund.

Return shipping is not included with purchase.

For damaged goods please contact us as soon as you receive the item so we can ensure it is dealt with efficiently for you.
