The heart chakra is our centre for loving energy and it’s so important this chakra is open & healthy.
To those that are reading this thinking what on earth are they talking about?! Everyone has 7 disks of energy running through the centre of their body, from the base of the spine all the way up to the top of the head, with each chakra providing balance for different aspects of life.
With it being love month we wanted to concentrate on the heart chakra, this chakra can become blocked which can result in feelings of struggling to trust others and yourself, feelings of hate & anger and also being emotionally closed off unable to forgive - nobody wants to be feeling like this!
But with the help of crystals that are linked to the heart chakra it can be opened to alleviate these feelings and allow you to love yourself & others, be emotionally at peace & feel grateful for life.
