It's really down to personal preference on where to keep your crystals, or if you’re like me they’re everywhere & anywhere! However crystals have certain healing properties and it can be beneficial to keep them in particular places to maximise their healing energy.
Bedside Table/Under Pillow
Of course, the best crystals to keep next to your bed are ones that aid with sleep & enhance dreams. Lepidolite is the ONE for this, this crystal helps you to enter a peaceful dream state by calming your overactive mind, allowing you to drift off into a deep sleep. Any other calming crystals would also be great for the bedside table & I always recommended a selenite tower in the bedroom to create a safe & peaceful atmosphere
Front Door at Home
To protect your home from negative energy you can keep protection & calming crystals near your front door to ensure all the bad vibes are left at the doorstep. Tourmaline is a fantastic protection crystal, placing a piece on your door frame or hallway sideboard will help to keep negativity away. Other good crystals to protect your home include Amethyst, Smoky Quartz, Clear Quartz & Obsidian.
Purse/Wallet
CITRINE is a must in all purses, wallets, handbags, SAFES?! Anywhere money is stored (or wanted) Citrine also needs to be. Citrine is the crystal of wealth & abundance, allowing you to shift your mindset to attract prosperity. (disclaimer - Citrine will not print money lol) You will be more open to opportunities that can lead to abundance coming your way, as long as you are willing to accept help and are optimistic for the future Citrine can work for you.
Bra/Pocket
You would be surprised at how many women carry crystals in their bra but why shouldn’t a bra be multi functional?! Support & crystal storage, win win – going off on a tangent here but someone needs to invent bras with pockets in for crystals, how amazing would that be! Right back to the point, the reason for carrying crystals in a bra is that it allows the crystal to be on you at all times & touching skin, enhancing the connection between you and the crystal. Any crystals that you are drawn to or working with are perfect to be kept here, plus any heart chakra crystals as this allows the closest connection to the heart – rose quartz would be great for this. Also I know not everyone may wear a bra but everything I’ve covered also applies to if you carry you a crystal in your pocket.
Electronics
Electromagnetic smog is a pain that we could all do without! Most of us have electronic items around us all the time and they can emit electromagnetic radiation which can cause fatigue, headaches & disturbed sleep, luckily there are crystals that can help to reduce this! Shungite is the one I recommend most for this as It is believed to absorb and neutralize electromagnetic radiation, making it an effective tool for shielding against EMF pollution. The biggest culprits in the home for EMF are computers, televisions, wi-fi routers, smart meters & of course MOBILE PHONES! The best thing to do is place Shungite next to the standalone electronic devices to absorb some of the EMF however with phones its not as simple, the best way to get around this is with Shungite jewellery to absorb the EMF when it gets to you.
Office/Workspace
As with above Shungite would be great for here to protect from the EMF but of course we also need crystals here that are going to enhance our focus & concentration. Fluorite is the ideal candidate for this as it does just that PLUS much, much more. This crystal helps to enhance mental clarity, allowing you to clear your mind of all the distractions, so if you’re in a zoom meeting this is to stop your mind wandering allowing you to focus on what is actually going on. Placing Fluorite on your desk ensures its always there when you need it.
Necklace
All crystals make the prettiest necklaces but if you wear crystals aligned with the throat chakra on a necklace this will maximise their energy. The throat chakra is the centre for communication and expression, Amazonite is a great crystal for the throat chakra as it helps you to speak your truth & communicate clearly. As a general rule most Throat chakra crystals are light blue or dark green as this is the colour of the chakra but if you’re still struggling to work it out all of our crystals have the chakras in the information.
